Please clarify the question you want to ask.

You currently have the free edition of TurboTax which does not support the live agent feature.

However, this forum does have CPA's, Lawyers and IRS enrolled agents on our staff to help with any questions.

Please contact us again with any questions, and provide some additional details.

I need to change information like phone number and name.

I logged in to start it thru your app then tried to move to the computer andit  FAILED 5X before I took the next 20 min finding this page.
