You can get a refund and then use the Online version which doesn't open until mid December. Contact Customer Service during office hours M-F 5am-5pm Pacific (8-8 Eastern) https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

Or find another computer to install it on. Can you update your Mac OS?
