Right before I e-file, I have the option to review my return and print it. I click the button, then it says this may take 2-3 minutes to prepare and after a minute or so, it stops with no option to view or print. Is this a known bug? How can this be fixed? Thank you.

This is probably a web browser issue. Try clearing cache and cookies from your web browser.

If that does not resolve this issue, then consider changing your web browser to one of these that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
Thank you for your response, but I'm not using a web version of TurboTax. I'm using the desktop version.
