If two states are downloaded, which one is free?  The first one dowloaded or the first one filed?

Thanks.  We have downloaded two states and were not charged for either one.  When will we be asked for the additional fee, when we try to file a state return?

@davenj Normally, you would have been asked to pay for the second state program at the time of when it was selected.  Unless TurboTax changed their policy and will request payment when the state tax return is filed.
