I missed the Oct deadline and went to work on my taxes only to find everything gone. Its telling me to upload my tax info from desktop software. So I purchase the Home and Business. But I only have an IPad to work from. When I open my download, it does nothing... just a black screen with a few words typed on it.. When I try to access my download thru the turbo tax website, its nowhere to be found... what am I doing wrong???

Sorry you can't install Turbo Tax on a iPad or mobile device. Only on a full windows or Mac computer. Either get a refund or find a computer you can install it on.

You may qualify for IRS Fee File but that means you have to start your return from scratch and complete it by 11/17 when even that shuts down. you won't be able to transfer the data from 2021 Free File to Turbotax for 2022.
