I filed Married joint return. My wife has W2 and Social Security Tax is already deducted from her pay check. I have income from form 1099-B and Social Security Tax has not been deducted yet. How can I pay social security tax ? Thanks.

Income from form 1099-B is not subject to Social security tax.

Are you sure your income is reported on a 1099B?   If so, you are not subject to paying SS on investment income.  You pay Social Security on earned income--from working.   You do not have any self-employment income on a 1099NEC?   No W-2 income?   If you are not paying in to Social Security and building up SS credits, then your only eligibility for SS someday may be a spousal benefit through your spouse's SS.
