Are you sure your income is reported on a 1099B?   If so, you are not subject to paying SS on investment income.  You pay Social Security on earned income--from working.   You do not have any self-employment income on a 1099NEC?   No W-2 income?   If you are not paying in to Social Security and building up SS credits, then your only eligibility for SS someday may be a spousal benefit through your spouse's SS.
