Social Security number not recognized by State Form?

State of Michigan form is not recognizing the validity of a Social Security number. This is an issued card. Is there any problem with the form MI1040CR7?

I researched further, and the home heating credit form in Turbotax does not recognize the randomly generated Social Security number that I needed to put in. Thought that you all should know. I deleted the filled out form for the tax file, and the errors I was getting went away. I plan on filing the form manually to the state now.

You may want to check your social security number as entered into TurboTax.  To do this follow these steps:  

1. Select Personal Info,
2. Select Edit on the right hand side of your name,
3. Correct Social Security Number.

3. Correct your social security number on this screen.

social security number is correct, double checked card, also same number used since he was born 5 yrs ago and filed without problem each year

Which form is it that is throwing that out in? For me, it was the home heating credit in Michigan. That one can be filed in paper form, and mailed.

Social Security number is correct, it's the state form that is not accepting it.
