Hello, I previously made a post about a 1099-B with a social security recipient. At the time I wasn’t sure what type of SS income it was & apparently it’s the disability workers program. Overall from OASDI if that makes any sense? I initially thought she was in the retired category which you’d receive a SSA 1099. Just making sure if she’s clear to not file that 1099-B with less than $100 on it this year while receiving that type of SS income along with SSI.

You are correct. If income consists only of social security and the 1099-B with $100 there is no filing requirement for the federal return. State returns have their own filing requirements so to be sure about your state click the link below, then click your state.
Good to hear, thanks for the response.
