Will Premiere 2016 discs work with Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1?

Will the disc version install more easily than download?

The CD only houses an incomplete program that must be updated the moment it is installed so it is really useless ... the only benefit of getting the CD is that is has both the Windows & Mac versions on it so you can load to both OS as opposed to the download which is system specific.  So, IMHO, use the download since you can get it right now instead of waiting for it to come in the mail (hopefully in one usable piece).
