It depends.  If you have legal dependents you could file head of household, however, if not, you will file married filing separately.  Remember, if one spouse itemizes, the other also has to itemize and if one spouse uses the standard deduction, the other spouse has to do the same.  For more information see TurboTax FAQ's below.
