So I want file my father as a dependent although I’m not sure is it worth it. How much could I possibly receive?

Since you are using Turbotax, you could work on 2 tax scenarios, using separate TurboTax files.  #1 would be using your father as a dependent and #2 would be without.  Compare the two and that will answer your question.

If you claim your dad, you may get the $500 credit for other dependents, which is not refundable.  It is used to reduce tax you may owe.   That is it.   There is no stimulus money for claiming a dependent for 2022.
