I can't seem to get past the smart check on this year's returns (2022). I refinanced last year, and I have two loans listed. In the Forms section, I see two Schedule As. One has the Smart Worksheet line A as No (not refinanced, this is my current loan), and one has the Smart Worksheet line A as Yes (this loan was refinanced and is no longer active).
However, the Smart Check keeps telling me that "None of the copies of the Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet have been marked as the latest loan."
What am I missing here? The Smart Check is preventing my e-filing, but I'm confused as to why. Thanks!

I am getting same issue. I am stuck on error. Even though both worksheet are accurate and one of them is latest, somehow software is keep flagging error.
Did you find any solution ?
I called in and spoke with someone. After a few checks, the suggestion was to delete both mortgages and add them in the opposite sequence. I was then able to finish the SmartCheck. Not sure if the different sequence mattered, or just deleting and re-adding the mortgage information.
