I’m new to this so need a little guidance. I started a single member LLC last year for a travel agency so I could open a separate bank account for it. I know on the federal level, single member LLCs are disregarded entities and are filled with individual taxes. However, under self employment income and expenses, Turbo Tax is asking for both business name and EIN. Do I indicate these at all, or leave them blank? My Business Name is also on file with the state, so I feel a bit confused on this area.

If you did not get a separate EIN and you are using your social security number, just include all the additional income and expenses on your return with your account. Keep in mind that you will need to use the "home and business" version of turbo tax.
If you do not have an EIN or a separate business name for your SMLLC, you can leave them blank in TurboTax.
See Single member limited liability companies for more information from the IRS.
I do have an EIN, I’m just unsure if it needs reported as it’s a disregarded entity.
Okay, I’ll look into the home and business version. Wasn’t really sure if I needed it due to not having an 1099’s this year. I didn't meet the income threshold.
You do need to report your business income even if you did not receive a 1099 form reporting it. You should enter your EIN number on your self-employment schedule C if you have one, even if it was issued to your single-member LLC.
