Since I filed on-line with TurboTax and linked the payment/return with my bank account do I still need to sign and mail in my State and Federal?

No. If you have already e-filed, then you do not also send in the tax returns to the IRS and state taxing authorities. Just make sure that your e-filed tax return has been accepted by the IRS...you'll get a notice from Turbo Tax if it is rejected.
