Yes, "if Line 16a [taxable interest income] is more than $1,500, enclose a copy of Schedule B, federal Form 1040."

Unfortunately, as of February 26, my Windows Desktop Deluxe 2018 version does not include a copy of Schedule B with the NJ return when taxable interest is $2,700.  Waiting for the next NJ update to see if this has been fixed.   If not, I will mail the NJ return with a manually attached Schedule B.

Any idea if TT will fix this?

I am running into a similar issue in TurboTax 2020. Schedule B not generated for NJ state return despite being over the threshold. Has Intuit still not fixed this? Does not give much confidence in accuracy of the return.

Schedule B prints out on my preview copy using TurboTax CD\Download.

New Jersey does say, "If line 16a is more than $1,500, enclose a
copy of Schedule B, federal Form 1040."
