Been trying for over a week simply to get TurboTax to import my 1099. All the "help" search results just show years of this problem without solutions. I've made calls to both, TurboTax suggested I clear history then switch browsers, then that I create a new NetXInvestor password. Did all that, none worked. Then they suggested I call NetXInvestor to have them take down the additional security blocking the connection. Seems like if you receive a 1099 from "trusted partner" NetXInvestor, Turbo Tax is never an option.
