Should I use another tax preparation service when this one refuses to use my correct digital signature?

What digital signature?   When you e-file a tax return using TurboTax you "sign" electronically by entering your previous year AGI.   There is no "digital signature."  And...it is too early to e-file.   E-filing is permanently closed for 2024 or any other past years, and has not yet opened for 2025 returns.

Where are you trying to enter your signature?  Turbo Tax doesn't use a "signature".  You sign your return by entering your prior year AGI.  There is not physical signature on a return.  If you print it out (like to mail) you will have to sign it  in ink.
