The only thing you enter about health insurance on a federal tax return is a 1095A if you had marketplace health insurance. Health insurance through your parents' work plan is not entered anywhere on a federal return. Or...are you trying to enter something on a state form that is asking about that? There are a few states that might ask about health insurance.
