Should I report capital gain distributions from last year on this years return?

No, you cannot report last year's capital gain distributions on this year's tax return.

If you have not reported them last year, you'll need to amend last year's tax return.

Please see the following TurboTax FAQ for instructions on how to amend your tax return in TurboTax.
