Should I add the local income taxes together if the locality is the same?

My employer has an additional box filled with a different amount on the local income tax. It has the same locality number.

Should I add the local income taxes together if the locality is the same?

Yes. If the total of the 2 boxes is what was withheld from your paycheck, add them together and report in one box in your W-2 entry screen for Box 19.
