Sent wrong address on Tax return

I moved in Aug 24, I didn't realize the IRS has my old address and I submitted my old address on the tax forms.

What can I do, does anyone know, should I amend the form to include the correct address. Should I fill out the change of address form and mail that.

I'm worried, dont want to hold up my return.
