Do you have any plans to fix flaw in your program regarding form 2210 that is attached when not required?

I overpaid my taxes by 28% for 2018 and owed less than 2% last year. Form 2210 is not required yet the program attaches it which causes e-file to reject it. Lot of other users have the same issue.
