How do I get previous years AGI?

I have a question. l always mailed my IRS tax returns, but as of now (March 2021) the IRS only has recorded the 2018 amounts as the most recently posted on me in my IRS account. An IRS representative recently told me over the phone that the paper filings are not yet all completed from 2019 and this is likely why the virus stimulus payment #2 was not received by me. It is for that reason I completed the information on TurboTax in order to electronically file for 2020, however a final question in this process is asking for my 2020 AGI. I do not have access to my paper tax records at this time. Will it be alright to enter the AGI for 2018, which seems to be the last year that my IRS account is showing information on file for me or is it better to enter 0 in this case?

You can look at your 2019 tax return for the amount on Line 8b.

You can request a transcript from the IRS for 2019 or just request the AGI.  Here is the link:

To obtain a full copy of your filed and processed tax return (including income forms such as W-2s and 1099s), print and complete IRS Form 4506, Request for Copy of Tax Return. Be sure to follow the instructions on page 2 of the printout. The IRS charges $50 for each copy. Please allow up to 75 days for delivery.

If you can't wait that long or don't want to pay the $50 fee, consider a free IRS transcript. A transcript contains most line items from your return and can be used if you need last year's AGI or other numbers from a previously-filed return. Here's what a transcript looks like. To order, go to the IRS Get Transcript page and choose an option: online (same-day) or by mail (5–10 days).
