Schwab broker documents not downloading into Turbo tax

I cannot get my Schwab broker accounts to download.  Fidelity worked just fine.

Many transactions - what do I need to do to?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

I started over since the download wasn't working - somehow it doubled or tripled the download this time.  So I had to go through and delete all the duplicates.

I don't know what you changed this time but sure made a mess - I have lots of transactions in my broker account and certainly don't appreciate the way you handled this.

I bought the program last November online - I won't do that again.  I will buy the CD from Costco when it is tax time.

Or I will go to H&R block.  My son uses them and he might prefer since he may be responsible for doing my taxes in a few years.  I am an experienced CPA used to use the professional program before I retired.
