Received Schedule K-1 (Form 1040) from a Virginia Estate. I am living in Florida. Do I have to file a Nonresident Beneficiary Form 770 for Viriginia?

You should contact the executor of the estate (or whomever was responsible for preparing the return).
You should receive a tax reporting statement for Virginia (a federal K-1 equivalent) if applicable.
No, you don't have to file Form 770, that is the responsibility of the estate. You do need to include the K1 on your tax return and depending on the amount of Virginia income, you may need to file a Virginia non-resident tax return.
Check the chart below to se if you have to file a Virginia tax return.
