On Schedule there is a question concerning Qualified Opportunity Fund and is a yes or no question. If you have none should it not be checking the box No. Neither of the boxes are checked. Is this ok to submit with no boxes checked

The actual question on the Schedule D is, "Did you dispose of any investment(s) in a qualified opportunity fund during the tax year?", so if you had no such investments during the year, you can safely answer "no."
If it's unchecked and isn't rejected by the IRS' e-file system, that's fine.
Why doesn't Turbo Tax ask the question about the qualified fund transfer so the question is filled in automatically. I couldn't find where it asked it.
I have this same question. I imported all my info from broker, so why doesn’t TurboTax choose yes or no instead of leaving it blank?
TurboTax does not support deferring gain by investing in Qualified Opportunity Funds.
The question is asked to make sure that you can use TurboTax to complete your tax return.

I wonder why Turbo Tax is not able to address this issue. for two years. Is there any way the user can fill in the box if submit e filing via Turbo Tax?
There is no indication that TurboTax will be handling Qualified Opportunity Funds in the near future.
Check the box No if you don't have sales for these types of funds. If you do, click this link for more info on Qualified Opportunity Funds.
