Schedule D Tax Worksheet

I have the Premier version and in both the web and desktop versions I have the same issue: line 11b of the Tax Worksheet is blank, but should have data from line 19. This is making the taxable amount to be at 0% when I know it is not true. My taxable bracket is 12%. Has someone experience the same?

I have used Turbotax for years and this is the first time I am getting this issue. This issue is giving me that I own nothing as there is not taxes to pay. This is incorrect.

not sure what form you are referring to. there is a Qual div/cap gn worksheet but line 11 comes from line 9 (not 19) and line 9 is the amount that is taxed at zero%. it makes no sense that line 19 would transfer to line 11 

could you post a picture with amounts blacked out?

I dont know other thing that what I saw in the worksheet. But regardless, the problem got fixed. I thank you for responding.
