Schedule D Entering Expired Stock Options

I bought options on 4 lots of 50 shares each on 4 different dates in the same year (2013).  They expired worthless in 2018.  According to TurboTax, a contract is 100 shares.  I tried entering 0.5 in the # of Contracts box, but it rounds up to 1 for each of the 4 lots.  How can I resolve this and enter it correctly in Turbotax?  Also, the math is slightly off to calculate the total loss

on form 1099-B worksheet you only need complete lines 1 and 4-7 no need to enter anything else.

do not use the multiple lots worksheet or whatever worksheet you are using

and what worksheet are you using because i don't see number of contracts on any related to schedule D.
