If I hired a Freelance Artist, where do I put it on my schedule C?

This would be considered contract labor, entered on line 11 of Schedule C.

According to the Instructions for Schedule C,

Contract labor includes payments to persons you do not treat as employees (for example, independent contractors) for services performed for your trade or business.

In TurboTax Self-Employed, you’ll find this category under the Less common expenses dropdown on the What kind of expenses did you have? page.
