Schedule c income

Every year, our accountant has reported my income as a yoga instructor on Schedule C.  I only receive W2s not 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC.

Do I record my income from this work earlier in Turbo Tax under Wages & Salary or do I record it under business items?

We file Joint Married- we have my spouses W2 information recorded under Wages & Salaries in the earlier screen.

Yes, report all of your W-2 forms under Wages & Salary. As VolvoGirl points out, if all of your income from teaching yoga is on your W-2, you do not report any self-employment income at all on Schedule C.

Have you always got a W2 for yoga?  Then it doesn't go on Schedule C at all.  That is wrong.   W2 go under wages like your husband,  You may need to ask the accountant why he put it on Schedule C.  If you got a W2 and didn't report it as wages you will get a letter from the IRS saying you didn't report it.

If you receive only a W-2 from your employer, then you would report it under Wages & Salary.
