Sch NJ-DOP column d & e issue

The site keep saying column d & e on my Sch NJ-DOP need to be reviewed because the numbers are incorrect (Price/Cost cannot be greater than federal amount). And this doesn't let me file my return. I am not sure if this is something that TT needs to fix. All the trades were imported from Form 1099 Amaritrade, just like last year. And the numbers look right to me.

W2 box d Control number is not needed.  See
