?save to pdf file does not work? what can I do?

? i have the 2024 deluxe turbo tax. I finished & efiled my return. when i go to the dfile option and select save to pdf, it generates a box that states completing calculations and blips off. the pdf is not updated with the new final tax information. what can I do?

Here is a work-around for the print function:

1)  Use the "Save to PDF" option in the "File" menu of the desktop program and save a copy of your returns to location you can easily find on your computer.

2)  Open the PDF of your returns in your PDF reader program (acrobat, Preview, etc.) and use that program to print to your local printer.
