Sams License code for Business Turbo Tax is only 14 characters long

I purchased a Business Turbo Tax at Sam's club, and when I tried to access my software to complete my business taxes, the code is 14 characters, but the activation software says it should be 16 characters long. I tried to call for activation software, but the AI assisted road block cannot understand the issue, so no luck. Been using turbo Tax sicne 2005, and never had an issue where I could not activate a product, and then cannot get past the gatekeeper to talk to customer support. Will be getting my money back from SAM's tomorrow and finding a new product.

Maybe you got a package for an old year? A couple years ago it was only 14 digits.

Good call - I have them all lined up on a shelf, and I picked up the wrong sleeve and didn't pay attention to the dates. Problem was the user. Thanks
