Same W-2, 2 states, CA + NY, TurboTax filled CA form 540 wrong at line 12

Line 12 of CA form 540 asks State wages from your federal Form(s) W-2, box 16

But Turbo Tax filled this row by adding 2 rows of W-2 states (CA and NY) together, ending up with 2 times of the value in each box 16, which is my real wages.
By reading through form 540, line 12 doesn't seem affect CA tax, but is that number wrong? I assume it should just be the value from any ONE w-2 table?
How could I fix that?

It appears you are filing as a resident of CA.  If that is the case CA will tax all income from all sources.  If you were a part-year resident in CA then you would use form 540NR and line 12 would show the CA wages from W2 and line 13 would show all wages.  For part-year and non-residents CA will use a ratio of CA to total wages to prorate the CA taxes.
