What is this "2017 Kansas City or St. Louis refunds" 

Turbo Tax is asking for this, and telling me I should enter this

St Louis and Kansas City both have a city tax.

Turbo Tax is asking if you got a refund of city tax.  If you don't live or work in St Louis or Kansas City, you can leave the boxes blank.

How do I know if I received a refund of city tax?  I think I only received a refund of tax from the state of Missouri, but how do I know for sure?

Same question as taylor.zavala. We pay a 1% city tax in Kansas City. Were we supposed to be getting some kind of record from the city?
