How do I use the 25% discount I received in an email?

I think we got scammed by Turbotax with the 25% discount email...did not work for me either. They didnt even have a payment review page to check the final amount being charged. I ended up paying the full $79.99 plus taxes for a total of $85.27. Dont think I will use Turbotax next year!!

Has anyone been helped with this? I filed yesterday (March 25th) and a few hours after I filed i received and email saying 50% off, Offer valid March 22-26 . Now why would they send me that email on or before the 22nd?? I am not a new member either. I paid over $100 because  I 'had' to get the expensive package because of owning a small bank account in a foreign country (my home country) .

I got a hold of them via twitter and they said that if you didn't use the promo code at checkout then there's nothing they can do. and they apologized that email advertising the promotion got to me 'late' (which was yesterday after i filed and payed over $100 for their services).

I got ahold of someone through Facebook and they opened a ticket to approve a refund. We'll see if that happens or works...
