New York City job started 11/14/2016 and earned $7,673.19. NYC1127 list $66,000 wages & I owe $2,235. nyc 1127 gross wages includes non-nyc employment. Is this correct?

same issue here, the form wants to tax my complete year of work but I only worked 2 months with NYC.
