Sale of Land

The info I found to help does not follow my TurboTax.  When I click I did not receive 1099B, shows I should be able to choose the investment type "land".  However, I do not have that option in my Deluxe version.  Do I need to upgrade to have that option?  My version's next screen is " Tell Us About This Sale" and all the "help" info is related to stock.

unless there is something important you left out pretend it's a stock and just answer the questions.  what's needed:  description, sales price, cost,  date acquired and date sold.  about the only thing that would make a difference would be if it was inventory. that would make the gain ordinary rather than capital gain.

Thank you for your help!  There is no inventory involved, this is just land that I did improvements on like adding electricity, etc. and no structures.
