I have logged into T-T 5 times via the VPN (each from a different VPN city), each time asked to enter the license number. Now it will not let me in as it claims I have used my 5 licenses. I have this loaded on two computers, an old one I just replaced and the new one. I can not get in to finish my T-T in either computer. What can I do to continue to use what I paid for.

To reset your "use" count requires human intervention, either Internet Chat or telephone. Good luck. I found TurboTax does not play nicely 100% of the time with my VPN. At the very end, trying to pay for state e-filing, I had to suspend the VPN.
