running turbo tax premier

I bought the Turbo Tax on Costco website. I downloaded and was able to get started and saved when I needed to pause. Now when I click on the Icon it brings up the Turbo Tax logo but never opens up my saved program. I tried it also on another computer but that won't even open up.  I have used this tax program for years but with the disc. I'm now stuck and have paid for my state tax filing already. How do I proceed?
