Long story short- married filing jointly with 2 dependents and household combined income is approximately 155k. One income we have is 65,000 yearly the other is 90,000. the 90k income is from a new job that i am concerned isn't withholding enough as our total income last year was about 145k and our refund was much larger. How much should be withheld from 90k a year to ensure a larger end of year refund? on our W2 its about 9k withheld. and the 65k salary is about 8k withheld. Thanks.

you could wait until it's fixed or download a w-4 from the IRS website and prepare it manually'

if your 2023 adjusted gross income was under $150,000 you only need federal withholding equal to your 2023 tax to be safe from underpayment of estimated tax penalties. since you want a larger refund you could withhold an extra $2200 in federal withholding on the additional $10K of salary.
note any calculation for 2025 is a pure guess. there is talk that the new administration may change some tax laws.
