Yes, after you import your information from your brokerage, you should review the entries to be sure no additional questions remain to be answered.
To jump to that spot
in your return
- Select "Search" located near the top
right of your screen
- Type in "1099-b"
- Pick "Jump to
1099-b"
from the results
- TurboTax will take you to the
investments section of your return where you can review the entries for Schedule D and related forms.
To review any Form 1099-B, click "edit" beside the entry on the investment sales summary page. Follow the prompts to review or edit the information.
You may also use this process to review entries for interest income (1099-INT) and dividends (1099-DIV).
