I tried to get Turbo Tax last week, but after spending some time on the chat with your representative and we were'nt able to download to my computer. And somehow I ordered the same thing twice. I would like the entire cost refunded.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
