Request Intuit refund

I paid for "Live Tax Help" when I thought I was paying for "Audit Defense". I do not want "Live Tax Help" nor have I used it. Can I get refunded the $50 I paid? Is there a way to use the $10 credit I had toward the $60 Audit Defense that I did buy?

Where is my refund for the wrong product placed? It says 5-7 days review and they said since i requested refund right away it should be fast but i called 2x no update.
