Relocation expense W2

My company used a third party for a relocation expense lump sum , I received a W2  from the third party that states in the expense description that its a " Lump Sum No GUP " , my question is do I enter this W2 in the wages and income section or is there another way to enter this info

Yes, it is entered in the W-2 income section.

No GUP means no gross up.

Your employer did not increase the payment to cover the extra taxes.
