Santa Barbara bank is the bank that processes the fees you owe TurboTax. You may contact SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website  www.sbtpg.com  if you need more information.

Not quite sure what you want--you posted to a thread about contacting the bank.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

If santa bobor bank told me on phone via mail print bank check March 18th wat does this mean please help?

You have posted on an older thread that may have outdated information.  

We are unable to give details on your specific refund disbursement here on this public forum.  If SBTPG is stating the check is printed, that means you could be receiving a printed check via USPS.  For more details, you will need to reach out to SBTPG directly - You can do this at their Help page.  You can call using the numbers listed, or you can scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request.

I have called TurboTax three different times speaking into agents. I’m telling me the checks in the mail and they tell me that they’re software couldn’t figure out that a double copied my account number to my route number so they were gonna send a check two weeks ago and then give me the phone number to SBTPG bank that don’t exist every contact number. You call for them gives you an automated system that has no record of your information, but they have thousands of your dollars in possession of your money going on three weeks with no response. I’ve been with TurboTax for five years and every year there’s always an issue where TurboTax messes up on my taxes and then I gotta physically go to the IRS to fix them myself. This will be the last year I waste $300 using TurboTax service

that number you give us to SBTPG bank does not work our phone number or Social Security number. All our information is not in our system. There’s no way to put our information in their system to even check on thousands of dollars this bank is holding front broke citizens because we gotta work for the illegals to live good off of fraud in us

They don’t have a TurboTax bank. They use a third-party banking has no brick and order building to go to or contact information that is valid to speak to someone and their automated number that TurboTax gives you is a dead end number. Can’t get past the first part there is no records of our information in your third-party banking
