Regarding using both Desktop and browser based

Please follow your other thread at the link below, and please answer the questions I asked you there. Those are 2 different products. There is no reason to use both. In fact they don't sync or communicate. And you'd end up paying twice.

What's going on with the payment system. Why won't it accept my credit card and just gives an error "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." No help.
