Regarding the "turbo.intuit.com" product offering "free financial planning". It asked me to verify credit report, but the Q's were about people and places I don't know.

I believe I may have been the victim of identity theft.  When I went to "turbo.intuit.com" for the "free financial planning" offer I was asked a series of 5 questions to validate that I was the person listed on my credit report.  Problem was... none of the questions that they asked had anything to do with me.  I fear the presence of  those questions implies that someone else has taken over my identity.

Although I am grateful to Inuit for pointing this out... I will be unable to complete the questionnaire at "turbo.intuit.com".  I hope that this will not affect your ability to complete the 2019 tax return that I filed.
If my 2019 filing status will be jeopardized in any way, what should I do?

Those are standard questions that credit bureaus ask.   Many questions are designed "not to apply" to you.  An ID thief would have no idea if the question applied to you or not so would answer incorrectly with a guess, but you know that it does not apply so can answer it or skip it as necessary.

Agreed.  I get 4 questions, totally out of left field, none apply, and I answer "does not apply" to all four.  That's when I'm presented with the message

One or more of your answers doesn't match the information provided by our credit bureau partner

For security reasons, after a fixed number of errored attempts, you won't be able to pull your credit score for 30 days.

But I answered all the questions correctly.  None of them apply to me.  I even called TransUnion and they said they couldn't pull my credit since I had insufficient credit history (I'm in highschool).

Why is Inuit trashing my credit with a 30 day lock out?  I didn't do anything wrong.  Isn't there anyone at Inuit I can talk to about it?

You must have credit history before you will have a credit report.    Try again in a few years after you have established a credit history - credit cards, car loans, etc.

You answered the questions correctly but there is no credit report on you at all so you cannot be verified.
