Refuses to do State return

I'm finished with the federal return. Now I need to start the state return. I push the Start button for the Georgia return. It goes to download the Georgia forms and says it is already up to date. Then nothing. I can't do the Georgia return. If I press start again, it goes through the same sequence.

I have to say that, as far as software engineering goes, Turbotax 2019 has been the worst application I have seen in decades.

I am sorry you are having difficulties with TurboTax, try this and see if it helps:

• Try closing TurboTax,
• Compete a  disk cleanup,
• Restart your computer.  

If this doesn't work try this:

• If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
• If it's still not working, try again using a different web browser. (For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Explorer or Safari instead.)
• If those suggestions didn't help, try going back to your first browser and delete cookies.
